hi there,

A smiling woman with wavy, shoulder-length hair, wearing earrings and a black top with lace details.

I’m Cindy.

A relatable, music loving, Pilates practicing, mom of two. I’ve always been someone who craves deep connection with people, with purpose, with myself. That longing is part of what led me to become a therapist.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck and can’t quite put your finger on why, I’ve been there. Maybe you’re navigating the invisible weight of trauma, constantly questioning your reality in the aftermath of gaslighting and narcissistic abuse. Maybe you’re a mom who loves her kids deeply, but feels overstimulated, depleted, and like your nervous system never really gets a break. Or maybe you’re simply curious about your triggers and want to understand yourself on a deeper level.

If any of that resonates, you’re not alone. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about coming home to yourself, building awareness, and learning how to feel safe in your own body again. For me, the heart of this work is the relationship we build together that’s rooted in safety, curiosity, compassion, and trust.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care. I’m trained in EMDR and draw from CBT, IFS, attachment work, person-centered therapy, strength-focused therapy, and positive psychology. But more than anything, I show up as a real person who will walk alongside you.

If you’re ready to change how you relate to the world—and to yourself—I’d be honored to walk with you.

Therapy sessions available in English and Spanish.
