We offer a free 15-minute consultation prior to establishing services. This gives us an opportunity to learn a little about you/me, answer your questions, and to make sure that we are a good fit. Once services are established, standard 50-minute sessions are $150 per session.

We are a private practice. At this time, we do not accept insurance; however, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, should you have out-of-network benefits.

Currently we are accepting clients Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm, with minor exceptions. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule a session. The first time a 24-hour notice is not provided, the late cancellation or no-show fee will be waived as a courtesy. Thereafter, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $150 fee.

Ideally, and what we’ve noticed is most effective, is to start sessions on a weekly basis; this helps establish an effective and secure therapeutic relationship and foundation. As we progress, we can switch to bi-weekly, or monthly sessions. Having said that, it all depends on you, your needs, and your preference.
As far as for how long, well that is difficult to say and again totally dependent on you. You may be looking for a long-term therapeutic relationship, or you might be looking for short-term EMDR therapy. Don’t stress out too much about this now, together we can figure it out.

Absolutely! We do not practice outside of our scope. If you present with challenges we do not feel equipped to handle, we will refer you to a therapist better suited to fit your needs. Our priority is to get you the right help.

At this time, we do not see children, but we’d be happy to provide you with a suitable referral list.
