Hi, I’m Cindy!

Founder and therapist at Positive Living. I created this practice as a supportive space where individuals and couples can feel understood, cared for, and guided through every stage of life.

I work with men, women, and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict, relationship issues, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and self-esteem struggles. I also specialize in helping clients recover from experiences of gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, and toxic relationship dynamics.

Therapy sessions available in English and Spanish.

At Positive Living

We treat men, women, young adults and couples. We offer in-person therapy sessions to clients in the Cave Creek, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Anthem, and Peoria areas. For those located throughout Arizona, I also provide secure TeleHealth services, making therapy accessible no matter where you are in the state.
